its a collectors item i nthe crystal desert, i believe u need to give 5 topaz crests to the npc stnding outside augury rock in skyward reach, btw it req's devine favor or healing prayers, i think, and it also has a -1 regen to your mana/energy

I found the guy who is taking topaz crests, but hes not offering a +hp/mp ankh =/

ya the topaz collector offers a protection off-hand item, prettyy much does the same thing as the one in droknars, but req's protection of like 10

EDIT, FYI, it will never tell u what the extra benefits of the item r untill after u make the trade
